Do you take walk-ins?
Yes! Walk-ins are always welcome during our open hours. However, calling ahead is the best way to guarantee a time that works for you, especially on weekends.
How do I book an appointment?
The easiest way to book is to call us at (630) 325-7599. We take our last appointment 30 minutes before closing each day.
What’s the difference between gel and dip powder?
Gel polish is painted on and cured under a UV light, lasting around 2 weeks with a glossy finish.
Dip powder is applied by dipping nails into colored powder, creating a strong, long-lasting finish that holds up to 4 weeks.
How long does a typical service take?
Basic manicures take about 30 minutes. Spa pedicures take 45–60 minutes. Gel and dip powder services run 60–75 minutes. Custom nail art and full sets with extensions can take 90 minutes or more depending on complexity.
Do you do nails for weddings or special events?
Yes — we love working with brides, bridal parties, and guests preparing for special occasions. Please call ahead so we can schedule the right amount of time for everyone.
Do you guarantee your work?
Yes. We guarantee gel polish for 10 days and dip powder for 14 days. If anything chips within that time, please let us know and we’ll arrange a fix.
Do you offer services for children?
Yes! We offer Princess Services designed for guests under 12 years old, including Princess Manicures, Princess Pedicures, and polish changes. They’re a fun way to introduce kids to a relaxing salon experience.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards as well as Apple Pay.
What if I’m running late for my appointment?
Please give us a call as soon as you can. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, we may not be able to complete every service booked, but we’ll always do our best to accommodate you.
Can you remove nails done at another salon?
Yes, we offer take-off services starting at $10. If you’re getting a new set with us afterward, removal is often part of the new service — just ask when you call.
