Dip Powder Guarantee
We guarantee dip powder for 14 days. If your dip powder chips within 14 days, please let us know so we can arrange a fix.
Punctuality
Please contact us if you’re going to be late. If you arrive more than 10 minutes after your scheduled time, we cannot guarantee completion of the services booked — though we’ll always make every effort to do so.
Personal Items
We are not responsible for personal items that have been damaged at our salon. Please be extra careful when handling polishes.
Refunds
Services are non-refundable. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your service, we will be more than happy to fix it for you. Please do not hesitate to talk to our front desk or an on-site manager — we’re here to help!
